Refund Policy

At Seedance.kr, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund subject to the terms described below.

Refund Conditions

A refund may be issued provided that both of the following requirements are satisfied:

  • Request Window: The refund request must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • Credit Usage: No more than 20 credits have been consumed on your account at the time of the request.

Requests that meet the above conditions will be eligible for a refund. Please be aware that payments are handled via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), which may deduct non-refundable processing fees (up to 6%). As a result, the refunded amount may be slightly lower than the original charge.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The user has violated our Terms of Service
  • The refund policy has been abused (e.g., submitting multiple refund requests)
  • The purchase was made using a promotional offer or discount code, unless explicitly stated otherwise

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please reach out to our support team at support@seedance.kr and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your order ID or proof of payment
  • A brief description of the reason for your request

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
